Kerry is a managing consultant in RSM’s economics consulting service. She is a trained economist, bringing 12 years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative research for public sector consultancy including survey and case study methods. She manages research projects in the fields of economic development, health and social care, housing, and education. Kerry is an evaluation specialist focused on healthcare and education interventions, including estimating the cost-effectiveness of policy interventions. She has acted as project manager for high profile national programme evaluations, often working alongside academic advisors.
Kerry is the evaluation lead for Healthier You: Digital Diabetes Prevention Programme for NHS England / Public Health England. This involves working closely with eight pilot areas and five digital health providers to collect longitudinal participant biometric data and evidence of behaviour change. She has managed research projects and evaluations for central government departments such as the Department for Education and Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government, NHS England and the Department of Health, CCGs and NHS Trusts, Heritage Lottery Fund and local government.
Between 2011 and 2017, Kerry was a board member of Hundred Houses Society, a registered social housing provider and active developer in Cambridgeshire.
