About Josh Calvert

Josh Calvert is a Director in RSM’s Consulting Deal Services team, with a focus on providing financial due diligence on transactions in the Real Estate industry.

During his career at RSM Josh has advised a broad range of clients, including both funds and corporates on both the buy-side and the sell-side, across a broad range of asset classes.

Prior to joining RSM, Josh qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS), and spent the first 4 years of his career in EY’s Strategy and Transactions team.

Outside of work, Josh is usually planning his next trip, attempting to grow vegetables in a garden that's far too small and shady, cooking recipes from scratch, or squeezing in a chapter of a book. On particularly successful weeks, he might even manage a top-10 finish at the local pub quiz.
