About Jon Linley
Jon Linley is a Director in our RSM financial due diligence team in London, helping clients to understand and articulate the financials of businesses that they are buying, selling or refinancing.
Jon has advised on over 40 deals for private equity and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His experience spans a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology and tech-enabled businesses.
He has advised on deals ranging from owner-managed businesses to complex multinationals and thrives on the challenge that this variety brings.
Prior to joining RSM in 2024, Jon spent 10 years at Deloitte, where he focused on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, leading on numerous deals, primarily with private equity bidders and sellers.

Jon is a father to two young daughters and enjoys spending time with his family in the best of the UK outdoors.
As a new challenge in 2024 and in an effort to rebalance his sports-focused hobby portfolio, Jon took up singing lessons. He is among a decreasing minority that remains optimistic the short-term pain endured by his loved ones will soon pay off!
