About Joanne Webber

Joanne Webber is a tax partner and RSM UK’s lead for our global employer services (GES) team as well as the RSM Global lead for GES. She works with organisations on all aspects of global mobility to support their internationally mobile workforces. Her role includes advising on global tax and social security compliance, tax efficient structuring of assignments and packages, tax policy design and implementation, business traveller and global remote worker risks and assignment cost management. Joanne has considerable experience in the global coordination of complex mobility programmes.

Joanne has a large corporate focus, with her typical client being a large multi-national group. From an industry-perspective, Joanne has worked throughout her career on a diverse portfolio of clients, but she has a particular specialism in manufacturing and aerospace and defence.
