As RSM UK’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), James oversees the strategy underpinning our business development, communications and client experience activities.
With over a decade at the firm, he leads a diverse team that works in close collaboration with all aspects of the business. Together, they carefully craft our message and generate bespoke content for dissemination through all relevant channels. This drives relationship building and demand generation to create sustainable business growth.
James also sits on the firm’s innovation committee and previously served in the British Army.
