About James Bull

James Bull is a Director in our transaction services team based in the London office. In 2024, he was selected as a member of RSM’s Industry Eminence Programme, which positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries the firm serves. As an analyst in the programme, James focuses on the technology, media and telecommunications industry.

James has over 10 years of experience with RSM, initially qualifying as a chartered accountant in the audit practice and has spent the last seven years specialising in financial due diligence.

James has a particular focus on transactions, involving technology and tech-enabled services across divestiture advisory, and supporting RSM’s private equity clients with both platform and bolt-on acquisitions.
