Jacky is an experienced tax professional with particular expertise in mid-market corporates and international tax. Respected for ability to bring practical advice to clients drawing on experience both in industry and profession.
She adds value to strong client relationships by bringing innovative tax and structuring solutions to them.
Jacky leads the East Midlands tax due diligence team and is able to convey complex tax matters in straight forward terms so that commercial decisions can be readily made by clients based on the advice given. Strong links throughout RSM UK and more widely in the RSM international network so that the right specialist advice can be provided to clients.
Jacky trained in Big Four and then spent 10 years in the tax team of a major plc. She gained substantial experience in international tax through a period of significant growth and dealt with the major tax issues of developing new business overseas. Provided robust tax advice on restructuring transactions including disposal and acquisition of cross-border businesses.
Recent key projects include innovative advice to international company on the separation and disposal of its businesses, working with the individual shareholders to ensure the tax impacts were fully understood and managed.
Jacky regularly speaks on international tax matters providing insight on early structuring of cross-border growth and ensuring tax planning compliments commercial drivers.
