Ian’s expertise lies in process improvement, operational management best practice and operating model redesign and has been gained across a range of service industries, notably banking and insurance. He has worked extensively in the UK, USA, Asia and the EU for both national business and large multi-nationals. His experience and client-first approach enable him to get right to the root causes of operational challenges and work with clients to design practical changes, gain ‘buy-in’ and make rapid, tangible and sustainable improvements.
Ian has been involved in the design, management and delivery of projects ranging from solo engagements addressing difficult operational issues, to mobilising dozens of consultants in multiple sites across the globe. From building a business unit to enable a large bank to meet the FSA deadline for reviewing PPI cases to helping a facilities management company improve the operation of their field teams in order to better serve the needs of social housing tenants, Ian has a breadth of experience that will provide rich insight and enable clients to address their unique operational challenges.
