Heather is a Partner at RSM, providing strategic regulatory advice to financial services firms. Focused on driving growth and development, she works closely with RSM’s UK and US partners to strengthen global account relationships and expand core accounts. She is passionate about delivering RSM’s consulting solutions, championing a digital-first mindset and premium agenda to create measurable impact for her clients. Known for her expertise and highly collaborative approach, Heather is a trusted advisor who helps organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and achieve their strategic objectives with confidence.
Heather is a retired EY Partner with the passion and ambition to continue her professional journey. During her time at EY, she advised UK and global financial services firms, including digital banks and fintechs, on regulatory compliance, strategic transformation, multifunctional change and responding to regulatory challenges and investigations. She led EY’s go-to-market propositions on suitability, consumer duty, complaints handling and governance and controls related to motor finance companies. A retail banker by background, Heather has led large-scale banking operations across wealth, private and corporate banking, giving her strong practical insight into technology, data and AI-enabled change. She has championed DEI for over a decade, serving as EY’s Race Champion and a Women in Tech advocate. Previously, she held roles at a major retail bank and PwC.

Heather loves to travel, ski and keep fit and healthy. She recently started piano lessons and roller skating.
