About Hayley Quigley

Hayley Quigley is a Corporate Tax Director specialising in tax reporting and provisioning.

Hayley helps organisations navigate complex tax reporting requirements while leveraging technology to drive efficiency, accuracy and control.

With over 15 years’ experience, she works with clients ranging from large privately-owned businesses to multinational groups, supporting them through periods of growth, change and increasing regulatory complexity.

A significant focus of her role is helping clients modernise their tax and reporting processes by combining deep technical tax knowledge with a practical understanding of technology. She supports the design and implementation of solutions that improve accuracy, reduce risk and provide greater insight for stakeholders.

Hayley joined RSM in 2011 after qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

"I enjoy working with people, understanding their challenges and finding practical solutions that genuinely help our clients. That might be supporting through a complex tax issue, simplifying a tax reporting process, or helping our teams work more efficiently with the right tools and ways of working. Seeing the positive impact those changes can have, whether for our clients, our people or the wider business, is what gives me the most satisfaction and keeps me motivated."

In her spare time, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two energetic sons. She loves exploring new places and planning her next family adventure!
