About Hannah Catchpool

Hannah is a Senior Audit Partner and RSM UK’s National Head of Not for Profit. She advises leading charities, education providers and wider mission driven organisations on governance, assurance and financial reporting, with deep expertise across national not for profit organisations particularly charities and higher education institutions.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Hannah is known for supporting boards and leadership teams through periods of transition, regulatory change and organisational growth. She regularly delivers trustee training and governance insights across the sector, combining technical rigour with a practical, relationship led approach.

Hannah previously served as RSM UK’s Head of Diversity for seven years, a role that strengthened her understanding of inclusive leadership, organisational culture and equitable governance - experience that informs her work with not for profit organisations navigating complex stakeholder expectations and social impact priorities.

Beyond RSM, Hannah serves as a trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee for The Stroke Association, a role she has held for four years, and previously chaired the Resources Committee for a children’s and young people’s charity in the East of England for over nine years. She holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting and an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management.
