Biography

Hannah Catchpool is an experienced audit partner and heads up the not-for-profit and education team for RSM UK’s London region. She is also our National Head of Inclusion, chairing our firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group.

As an audit partner, Hannah advises charity and education sector clients, as well as owner-managed businesses, on audit, assurance, governance and risk, and financial reporting. As Head of Inclusion, she is committed to making RSM a place where everyone can bring their whole self to work.

For Hannah, diversity and inclusion are about achieving a better balance of representation:

"A better balance is to everyone’s advantage, both in business and in wider society. Helping people achieve their potential, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality or any other physical characteristic, is what all businesses should be striving for."

Away from RSM, Hannah is a trustee and chair of the Resources Committee for a children and young people’s charity in the East of England.
