About Graham Steele

Graham Steele leads RSM’s North West region innovation reliefs team. He has over 15 years experience of assisting business to claim tax incentives for innovation, including R&D tax credits, patent box tax relief and the various creative sector tax reliefs (available to TV/film/video games developers, museums/gallery exhibitions, and theatres and orchestral productions).

Prior to joining RSM, Graham spent 18 years at a Big 4 firm specialising in corporate tax and innovation reliefs. He has also spent seven years working in Australia’s R&D tax incentive regime. 

He has supported a broad spectrum of businesses ranging from technology start-ups to multinational groups, across all sectors including manufacturing, engineering, power and utilities, IT services, software development and financial services.
