Biography
Graham Bushby is Chair of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, RSM UK Creditor Solutions LLP and RSM International Restructuring group.
Graham joined RSM in 1998 and has over 25 years' experience of restructuring advisory work including lender advisory, corporate restructuring and all types of formal insolvency appointments (including administrations and fixed charge receiverships) across a wide range of sectors. He is also head of automotive for RSM’s restructuring advisory practice. Graham has considerable experience and expertise in the media and technology as well as real estate and construction sectors.
Graham is experienced in working with banks, having undertaken assignments for all the major UK banks as well as number of building societies, secondary and specialist debt providers, overseas banks (including NAMA) and private equity institutions.
As well as having been co-opted onto the R3 Council, Graham sits on the board of the Turnaround Management Association and is a member of the ICAEW’s Restructuring & Insolvency Advisory Group, Insol, IFT, IPA and Association of Property Fixed Charge receivers.
