Graham is head of RSM restructuring advisory, overseeing corporate restructuring, insolvency and special investigations. He is head of Baker Tilly creditor services LLP (an FCA regulated business, incorporating tracker, personal debt management and bankruptcy). He is a chartered accountant, licensed insolvency practitioner and an insolvency appointment taker. Graham is also a member of the RSM UK leadership team.

Graham joined RSM in 1998 and has over 20 years' experience of restructuring advisory work including lender advisory, corporate restructuring and all types of formal insolvency appointments (including administrations and fixed charge receivership's') across a wide range of sectors. He is head of automotive for RSM’s restructuring advisory practice and has considerable experience and expertise in the media and technology and real estate and construction sectors.

Graham is experienced in working with banks, having undertaken assignments for all the major UK banks as well as number of building societies, secondary and specialist debt providers, overseas banks, including NAMA, and private equity institutions.

As well as having been co-opted onto the R3 Council, Graham sits on the board of the Turnaround Management Association and is a member if the ICAEW, Insol, IFT, IPA and Association of Property Fixed Charge receivers.
