Biography
Glen is a restructuring specialist with a problem-solving focus. He has extensive experience working closely with directors and stakeholders of distressed businesses and groups, developing and implementing turnaround and business recovery solutions in order to rescue the business and protect the position of its stakeholders. Glen also works with businesses and stakeholders to effect solvent restructuring solutions, including solvent liquidations and corporate simplification.Glen works from RSM’s Southampton office, covering the South Coast. He has worked on a wide range of distressed businesses across a number of sectors, including a £10m turnover manufacturer, with four locations across the UK and more than 130 employees, construction companies, individual trading businesses and partnerships and a food preparation business which subsequently secured investment. He prides himself on building strong relationships with all stakeholders and getting to the heart of the various issues quickly, so a way forward can be delivered with clarity and certainty.
Glen previously worked with two boutique insolvency firms before joining RSM in 2019. In the recent period, Glen has been appointed as the Southampton office’s primary restructuring advisor. He is also a Chartered Accountant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a member of R3 - The Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
Away from work, Glen is kept busy chasing after his 3 year old twins and completing numerous fundraising activities.
