About Gavin Sharpe
Gavin Sharpe is a specialist in providing prudential risk assurance and advisory services to a range of financial services institutions. With over 10 years in the industry, Gavin has an expertise in advising clients on complex treasury, ALM and prudential regulatory issues, supporting a variety of firms ranging from small, solo regulated entities through to FTSE 100 institutions.
As a recognised SME in the market, Gavin works across all three lines of defence, providing advice and guidance to firms on a wide range of prudential regulatory frameworks, including the CRR, IFPR and Solvency II.
Gavin has extensive experience developing assurance techniques using data analytics. He regularly presents on the topic and leads complex client engagements using innovative data analytics methodologies to enhance the value of RSM’s assurance products.

Outside of work, Gavin spends most of his time with his two young girls and is happiest whilst up a Lake District mountain with his family.
