Frankie typically works in partnership with clients onsite, either as part of a retained HR offering or on bespoke projects. Frankie provides advice and guidance to clients and supports Senior Consultants on a variety of HR work, including multiple disciplinaries, grievances and large-scale redundancies. In addition, she is currently studying part-time towards a Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Management.
Frankie works onsite at a privately-owned large social housing enterprise, supporting managers in the management of their workforce, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination and ensuring HR best practice. Alongside this, Frankie regularly assists a central government agency with streamlining their internal processes, recruitment and formation of an associate scheme.
A key member of the Gender Pay Gap team, she has assisted from creation to delivery of this product and has focused heavily on the regulations ensuring compliance. Frankie is part of RSM’s GDPR team working alongside clients ensuring mapping and analysis is completed in line with the new legislation.
