About Elise Caggianiello

Elise Caggianello is the Director of Business Transformation & Operations at RSM UK, leading the People function. She has 20 years' experience in People and HR leadership, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and sits on our National Leadership Team.

People teams have been Elise's world for years and that's where her background and credentials sit. She joined RSM and the leadership team in September 2025 and has since driven change across the Consulting infrastructure while working closely with both the digital and marketing and communications functions. Elise is currently setting up an enterprise project management function for the firm to address how we deliver projects at an enterprise wide level as part of her operations role.

Asked what drives her, Elise says:

"I've spent months listening. Understanding the business, our functions, the leadership team, and where the real pain points are. In my opinion, people is the most critical of all our core functions. Quite simply: our people are what make us."

Outside of work, Elise enjoys spending time with family and exploring new cuisines… both cooking and eating. Relaxation for Elise is getting outside and walking the dog in the countryside plus the odd gym session!
