Biography
Duncan is a licensed insolvency practitioner based in RSM’s Creditor Services team. He has 23 years’ experience working in the industry, dealing with both corporate and personal insolvency matters. Recently he’s moved to specialising in personal bankruptcy.
Duncan provides advice to creditors who are contemplating issuing bankruptcy proceedings, and acts as trustee in bankruptcy to recover money on behalf of creditors. When asked what he enjoys most about the role, Duncan says:
" The wide variation of the work I do and the fact that I am constantly dealing with situations I have not come across before. I am lucky to work with a very experienced team so I always have people to bounce ideas off. "
Outside work, Duncan enjoys time outdoors on long walks with his dog, or relaxing on a campsite with his family.

- 2012: Obtained a licence to act as an office holder
- 2009: Qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner
