About Dominic Blythe
Dominic Blythe is a not for profit specialist director advising clients in all aspects of audit, assurance and financial reporting. His primary focus is on the education sector and in particular further education colleges, heading our external audit service work in the sector.
Dominic is also assisting the education sector with the significant restructuring that is taking place, He has successfully completed many due diligence reviews and has previously been seconded to a major bank to work on the funding of debt restructuring deals, hence he brings extensive corporate finance experience.
Dominic works closely with sector funding bodies, on emerging audit and regularity issues, including as a member of the Audit Firms’ Discussion Forum, as well as presenting at other funding body and sector specific seminars and training events.
Outside of the education and not for profit sector, Dominic has worked with a range of owner managed businesses providing audit and professional advice.
Dominic contributes regularly to both internal training and external publications. He also has experience as the Chair of Audit Committee of a college.
