I pride myself on building strong relationships with all stakeholders and getting to the heart of various issues. This is so that a solution can be structured and delivered with clarity and certainty. I am  passionate about our people  and building an environment for them to flourish no matter their background or career goals. My aim is to ensure that each person feels valued and respected for their role."

In her spare time, Diana enjoys sightseeing and volunteering for a local military charity, for which she also acts as a trustee.
