Biography

Diana is a certified chartered accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner, leading our restructuring advisory practice in the Midlands. She has experience developing business and relationships, leading teams and managing projects locally and internationally across a range of sectors. These include energy, manufacturing, retail, printing, construction, property development, leisure and hospitality, care homes, automotive (supplier and OEM) and social housing. In addition to restructuring, Diana specialises in accelerated mergers and acquisitions, formal insolvency, contingency planning, crisis stabilisation, cash flow review and working capital management.

Diana sits on the committee for the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in the West Midlands and is a member of Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF).

"I enjoy collaborating with management and finding solutions to their increasing business challenges. I pride myself on building strong relationships with all stakeholders and getting to the heart of various issues. This is so that a solution can be structured and delivered with clarity and certainty. I am  passionate about our people  and building an environment for them to flourish no matter their background or career goals. My aim is to ensure that each person feels valued and respected for their role."

In her spare time, Diana enjoys sightseeing and volunteering for a local military charity, for which she also acts as a trustee.
