Biography
Dean is a managing consultant with over 20 years experience in management and leadership. He has led change and transformation programmes, and has a track record of creating and delivering significant performance improvements within challenging industries. Dean has led several business improvement programmes including organisational transformation, and design and implementation of effective business systems ranging from project programme improvements in the nuclear sector to Lean deployments in the mining sector.
Dean is a clear, empathetic leadership coach and mentor. He has a wealth of experience in coaching policy deployment, and supporting the implementation of strategic goals into delivered outcomes for clients worldwide.
Dean has worldwide experience in business transformation programmes in Saudi Arabia, Canada and Austria, and Lean deployments and supplier development activities (such as leadership coaching) across Europe.
