Biography
Dawn is an advisory partner helping owner managed businesses achieve their objectives. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton and gaining experience of restructuring and insolvency, she moved to a practice that enabled her to get closer to clients. Dawn became a partner and principal, and enjoyed advising on a range of issues for over 20 years.
Dawn joined RSM in 2014 and continues to work closely with clients on issues fundamental to the success of their business. She provides proactive and practical advice in a wide variety of situations and sectors including real estate and construction, manufacturing and engineering, food and drink, transport and logistics and leisure.
When asked what she loves about her job, Dawn says:
"I have always been interested in people and each owner manger has unique business passions and convictions. It’s interesting and rewarding to understand them fully, then work with the clients to address the issues that are key to them so they achieve their aims."
Away from work, Dawn enjoys travel and having been introduced to skiing only a few years ago is often found on the slopes over a winter weekend.
