David Blacher Partner, Head of Media and Technology

David is an audit and advisory partner in our London practice and head of the firm’s media and technology team. He works closely with owner managers to develop their businesses, both in the UK and abroad, overseeing the delivery of audit and tax compliance services, as well as specialist areas such, VAT and tax related advice, employee share schemes, international group expansion, and strategic business planning. He regularly works along side client service teams to consult and advise on media and technology related matters.

His other key area of expertise relates to the professional practice sector and he acts for a number of leading law firms and surveyor/architect practices. David oversees the delivery of audit and SAR services, as well as partnership tax compliance and advisory work.

David’s clients range from start-up pre revenue tech businesses to large multinational media groups, the majority of which are privately owned. His portfolio includes We Are Social, Independent Talent Group, Curtis Brown, Direct Marketing Association, 101 Advertising and Curzon Cinema Group. His professional practice client base includes Mayer Brown, Dechert, Baily Garner and Kennedys.
