Biography
Dan is the people partner at RSM UK. He holds a position on the National Leadership Team and oversees the people team, formed of nearly 200 colleagues based across the country.
Dan graduated from the University of Durham with a psychology degree before starting his journey in the world of HR with Marks and Spencer.
After 12 years supporting the retailer across various business units including finance, marketing, stores and food, Dan joined the civil service and learned some of the workings of Whitehall.
Following his time in Whitehall, Dan took senior HR director roles at Countrywide, Note Machine and ISG, working across a host of different industries.

Dan enjoys travel and has recently come back from visiting India. He enjoys exploring different cultures and appreciating the world around him.
He also enjoys wine, theatre, and looking after Bobbie the Border Terrier, and is a very amateur runner.
