About Chris Robson

Chris helps employers to pay their people correctly, having specialised in national minimum wage (NMW), holiday pay and pay equity issues since 2009.

With an employment tax background, he helps employers navigate the world of compliance while identifying efficiencies and cost-savings to improve worker engagement.

Chris is both a chartered tax adviser and a chartered accountant who has developed and led the fair pay/pay governance offerings at two of the Big Four. He has been advising clients on NMW and holiday pay longer than any other UK adviser.

Chris and his wife have a daughter and a son. For the last two years they have been renovating a 450 year old house.
