Caroline designs learning and development solutions that reflect the ambitions and needs of our clients and lead to upskilling employees and improvement in their performance. She understands business challenges and harnesses learning and development best-practice to develop programmes that affect behaviours as well as knowledge.
Caroline started her career in higher education, studying for a PhD whilst lecturing. She then worked for 18 years in the charity sector and local government providing organisations in all sectors with advice and support to solve problems, deliver projects and develop people for increased economic activity. Prior to joining RSM she worked in business development for two years.
Her breadth of experienced means that Caroline is both able to understand business constraints and people considerations and put forward solutions that impact performance, not simply increase personal knowledge.
