Biography
Bruce is a Consultant in the restructuring and recovery team where he splits his time between driving large, complex restructuring assignments and managing his CAS portfolio. His experience and professionalism have earned him a strong reputation as a calm but resolute and result-focused operator.
Bruce’s more recent restructuring projects have involved supporting the administrators (now liquidators) of a $5bn asset Bahrain-based investment bank, Awal Bank and acting as liquidator of the Bank’s Cayman Islands subsidiaries. Bruce has also acted as liquidator of a number of Lehman Bank entities. These cases are highly complex, with significant cross-border dynamics.
Bruce’s CAS client portfolio ranges from medium to large schemes backed by household-name employers. It also underlines RSM UK’s strong market position in this sector.
