Bruce splits his time between driving larger, complex restructuring assignments and managing his CAS portfolio. His experience and professionalism has earned him a strong reputation in both markets as a calm but resolute and result-focused operator.
Bruce’s recent and current restructuring projects have been dominated by important roles in (1) supporting the administrators of a $5bn asset Bahrain-based investment bank, Awal Bank – in administration since 2009; and (2) the ‘clearing up’ (via formal insolvency process) of some of the Lehman Bank entities on behalf of advisor's to the US parent, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Both have been complex in nature, with significant cross-border dynamics. His CAS client portfolio – ranging from medium size schemes to significantly larger schemes backed by household name employers – underlines RSM’s strong market position in this sector.
