Ashleigh is an experienced HR generalist with proven capability across multiple HR disciplines, including, employee relations, HR compliance and supporting and facilitating change strategies. She has supported a variety of companies ranging from smaller ‘owner managed’ business through to large US corporates, managing and facilitating redundancy programmes, the closure of offices, and company restructures.
In conjunction with supporting people change strategies, Ashleigh also has wide ranging experience in providing comprehensive policy reviews, completing due diligence exercises and ensuring all employment terms and conditions are legally compliant.
With 6 years’ experience advising a wide range of clients, Ashleigh is well equipped to provide strategic commercial HR advice alongside practical support.
Ashleigh is seconded to a number of clients each month, ranging from weekly onsite support through to regular monthly onsite days. Ashleigh is experienced in effectively embedding herself within businesses, getting to know the company culture and being a trusted advisor to line managers and employees.
Ashleigh’s personable and tailored approach to HR advice and guidance has more recently seen her taking on high profile projects in conjunction with our internal employment law team and audit teams.
Ashleigh is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has previously contributed to the HR Magazine.
