Biography
Angela is a corporate finance partner. She advises on both lead advisory and transaction support assignments in both the corporate and public sectors.
Angela leads the corporate finance team across Edinburgh and Glasgow, advising on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, MBOs and disposals.
Angela has specialised in corporate finance in the mid-market for over 18 years. She has expertise in a diverse range of sectors including financial services, renewable energy and natural resources and social housing.
Angela is passionate about getting to know her clients and understanding their needs, in what can often be a pressurised and very short timescale, to successfully deliver or report on a transaction
Angela is a chartered accountant and also holds the ICAEW’s Diploma in Corporate Finance.
