About Andy Williams

Andy is a Partner at RSM, specialising in audit, assurance and financial reporting for large and complex organisations. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2005, he has built extensive experience working with both listed companies and privately owned global businesses.

Andy worked in Sydney between 2007 and 2011, before returning to the UK, bringing an international perspective to his work. He joined RSM as a Partner in 2022 and supports clients across a broad range of sectors.

He is recognised for delivering excellent client service through a combination of leading a robust audit process as well as being accessible, commercial and pragmatic.

Whether it’s supporting clients through complex transactions or helping teams deliver high-quality audits, I value being able to make a real difference. The variety and pace of the work, combined with the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships, are what keep me motivated.”

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is a keen sports fan, particularly football and cricket, and also enjoys good food and travelling.
