Biography
Andrew is an audit partner based in Cambridge with expertise of reporting under FRS 102. He has over 25 years’ experience providing audit and assurance services to corporate entities ranging from small entrepreneurial early stage companies through to mid-market owner managed businesses and listed international groups, across numerous sectors. He has a particular interest and experience of working in the technology, manufacturing, construction, and consumer markets sectors. Through these experiences, Andrew has a rounded understanding of how to support businesses as they grow and builds strong relationships delivering commercial, pragmatic and timely
Andrew trained with an independent firm in Cambridge and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997. Prior to joining RSM, Andrew worked in Cambridge with RSM Robson Rhodes (now part of Grant Thornton), BDO, and Price Bailey. His experiences range from international work and reporting, principally to the US, due diligence assignments, and reporting accountant / IPO projects, with clients ranging from large construction groups, private equity backed technology companies to those in the horseracing industry and a football club.
Andrew is a trustee and chair of the finance and audit committee for a multi-academy trust which provides specialist learning to pupils in the East of England.
