Amy works with clients to advise on business sales, acquisitions, and management buyouts. As well as advising clients on transactions, Amy has extensive experience working with business owners in advance of a transaction to identify changes that can be made to improve the outcome on exit. Amy has experience across a variety of sectors and has a particular interest in the healthcare sector.

Amy has two young children, so her weekends are largely filled with family activities. She is looking forward to introducing her children to live music, theatre and travel as they get older.

Amy says, "A transaction is often a very significant moment in the lives of my clients. I'm passionate about not only getting the best result for them, but also making the process as straightforward as possible. I consider an important part of my role to be demystifying some of the complex issues and jargon that exists in the M&A industry to help my clients make better informed decisions.”
