About Alistair Haley

Alistair Haley is a Tax Partner in the Transactions tax team based in our London office. His role involves coordinating and providing tax due diligence, tax structuring and M&A tax advisory services to private equity investors, businesses and management teams, leading both UK and overseas technical specialists.

He has extensive experience advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies throughout the entire private equity deal cycle. He helps clients understand complex tax issues, manage risk and optimise value from acquisition through to exit. His work includes developing and implementing acquisition and exit structures, as well as supporting bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings and restructuring processes.

Prior to joining RSM, Alistair was a tax partner at a Big Four firm in their private equity tax team, where he worked for over 20 years in both their Australia and UK offices.
