Driving the people and change competency within business transformation, Alex Fraser combines her passion for people and creativity, with deep technical skills. She help clients identify and understand change and people related challenges and develop and implement bespoke strategies to address them to drive growth, optimal performance and ongoing realisation of desired business benefits.

From building a compelling vision and narrative for change, to managing stakeholders and driving commitment to change from boardroom to the frontline, Alex supports clients from the conception to conclusion of change. Alex helps her clients to create innovative blended learning solutions to equip people for success, efficiently implement new systems and processes and face new regulations head on. 

Alex has over 25 years' experience of working with national and multinational businesses across a diverse range of industries, and has worked for both PwC and KPMG, and within industry in senior global transformation roles. Alex is also a qualified professional leadership coach.

Alex is married to Alan who she met at the tender age of just 3. She is a mum of two children in addition to two furbabies. Outside work its all about walks, taxi duties, football and drama! Alex is also a primary carer for her mother and an avid amateur baker.
