About Alex Dugay

Alex Dugay is a Consulting Partner specialising in debt advisory. He has over 17 years of debt markets experience supporting clients from listed to large privately owned businesses across all sectors to deliver funding solutions, through an impartial, yet bespoke approach to help clients identify and secure the financing that truly fits their needs.

Alex began his career in corporate banking, lending to a range of UK-based mid-corporate clients and sponsor backed businesses, as well as managing a portfolio of leveraged lending customers.

Since 2014, Alex has focused on debt advisory, supporting FTSE 250, small- cap and AIM-listed clients. Across his career, he has helped raise over £7bn in debt financing across multiple sectors, with experience spanning asset-based lending, US private placements and bank debt. He is a member of the Chartered Banker Institute.

Outside of work, Alex can often be found enjoying live music, whether in a 100-person room above a pub or in a stadium. He is also trying (slowly) to write a novel.
