Alan is a partner in RSM UK’s restructuring and advisory team. He works with companies and stakeholders across a diverse range of industries to help them find solutions to their operational and financial challenges.
He joined RSM in 2021 as a partner from industry, where he led a business through a restructure, sale and global integration project. During this time, Alan gained first-hand experience leading a company through the day-to-day challenges of implementing significant restructuring, transformation and post-deal integration projects.
Alan is CA and JIEB-qualified and has over 20 years’ experience working with directors and other stakeholders to identify key issues and tailor solutions in response. His ability to engage and bring together diverse groups of stakeholders ensures the optimal solution is achieved.
Alan’s natural working style is to look at the big picture to ensure innovative solutions to his client issues can be identified and implemented.

Outside of the office, Alan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and embracing his love of travel.
