Biography
Mark is a partner based in London and acts as the UK firm’s international contact partner, ensuring our client’s global service needs are met by our RSM network firms. He is also our US desk lead, coordinating services to clients operating or looking to operate in both the US and UK and well as other European countries.
With over 25 years experience, Mark has worked with various international listed groups and private equity portfolio companies in the UK and US. He has particular specialisms in retail, media and technology and has also been retained as an audit expert on a number of major litigation cases.
Mark has worked extensively in the US directly with clients, with RSM US and, prior to joining RSM, in a management role with a US NASDAQ listed business.
When asked what he enjoys about his role, Mark says:
"I enjoy working collaboratively with my international colleagues to help our mutual clients expand globally. It is immensely rewarding to bring together teams in different locations with different skills to achieve a common goal."
Outside of RSM, Mark is a keen photographer and supporter of the Arts. Amongst other activities he is a trustee of the Hackney Empire Theatre in London which is both an arts venue and an outreach project, using art and culture to deliver support and development programmes for young people in East and North London.
He can also often be found on long cycle rides or on walks with the family and dog.
