Partner in RSM’s corporate finance business. I lead the firm’s project finance, financial modelling and valuations practice in the UK. Our principal activities are supporting clients and companies in their forecasting and decision making processes, and providing valuation services in support of deals and financial reporting requirements.
A lot of our work involves supporting boards to make business critical decisions, typically during periods of pressure or change. For example helping to develop strategic plans to look at the impact of a proposed merger or acquisition, or building and stress testing forecasts to support fund raising processes. This work often brings us into contact with NEDs and Interims, the former as end-users and scrutineers of the analysis we help develop, and the latter as change-agents in a client capacity.
