RSM runners raise £17,500 at Royal Parks Half Marathon

A team of runners from leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has helped raise over £17,500 for charity at the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

Twenty-one staff and partners took part in the event on 13 October to raise money for Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, a charity based in North and Central London and Hertsmere.

The charity provides support to young people and children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions by providing specialist support, care and therapies.

In 2018 Noah's Ark Children's Hospice embarked on a journey to build 'The Ark', a purpose-built children's hospice in North London. Set on a 7.5-acre nature reserve, The Ark was completed earlier this year and provides a home-from-home for children who are seriously unwell, providing them with time and space to be children.

Alistair Hynd, a corporate finance partner from RSM who took part in the race said:

I am tremendously proud of the team, collectively we have raised over £17,500 - including gift aid and matching – which is stunning.  That will cover the cost of providing care support for 13 seriously unwell children and their families for a year."
