RSM moves to premium office in Manchester city centre

RSM Manchester is relocating to Barings’ Landmark in St Peter’s Square – an award-winning office building in Manchester city centre. 

The RSM team in Manchester has seen significant growth in recent years, investing heavily in its people to support its plans across Manchester and the wider North West region. This move will support the firm’s hybrid working capability and facilitate its future growth plans.

Landmark consists of 14 floors of office space with a focus on sustainability, well-being, customer experience and technological infrastructure. 

The new office space will include collaborative areas, breakout spaces and private meeting rooms, while staff and clients will also benefit from the Landmark building’s sustainable and technological features. These include contactless technologies for touch-free movement, a dedicated cycle storage and maintenance hub, high-quality showers and changing facilities, electric car charging spaces using electricity procured from green energy sources, Amazon lockers, habitats for local birds, and beehives producing the building’s own honey.  

RSM has signed a 15-year lease with Barings Real Estate. Barings Real Estate was advised by CBRE, Colliers and JLL. RSM was advised by JLL.
