RSM, the audit, tax and consulting firm, has appointed one of its senior partners, Simon Hart, as Knowledge Management Partner.
Simon moves from the role of RSM’s regional managing partner for the central region, and to now lead the firm’s newly-formed Knowledge Management function.
Simon has worked for RSM for 28 years, and his in-depth knowledge of business functions having worked with business leaders across many sectors and geographical areas. He also specialises in working with charities and not-for-profit entities.
In his new role, Simon will provide strategic leadership to RSM’s knowledge management and knowledge sharing function, and work closely with the firm’s Board to achieve its financial growth strategy.
