Charity sector growth highlights need for strong governance

Record registration applications and rising income levels show that charities remain an essential force for social and economic good, despite facing increasing economic pressures, funding uncertainties and rising demand for services.

“As charities evolve and navigate emerging challenges, trustees need access to trusted advice, effective governance frameworks and specialist expertise to support good decision-making. Investment in governance shouldn’t be viewed as a compliance cost, but as a strategic investment in long-term sustainability and resilience."
