RSM’s M&A and private equity team has advised on the Harlequin Group’s sale to Telent, a technology company specialising in digital infrastructure.

The client

Founded in 1993, the Harlequin Group is a leading telecom and IT consultancy provider that has specialist knowledge and experience in the fields of site acquisition, estates management, town, and country planning, site design, site build, and IT services. The acquisition will bring Harlequin’s expertise in acquiring and designing to Telent, allowing them to provide a comprehensive and expanded ADC (acquire, design, and construct) service. The transaction strengthens Telent’s current offering and its position within the telecoms industry at an ideal time of 5G expansion in the UK.
