Comvergent Holdings - finding the right solutions

The client

Founded in 2005, Comvergent is a UK-based network service provider in the UK. The company has developed a range of multi-technical services dedicated to rolling out and maintaining wireless networks working with major telecom equipment manufacturers. Based near Chester in North West England, Comvergent operates throughout the United Kingdom. 

The acquisition by Solutions 30 on the Euronext Paris, marks their entry into the UK market, where they hope to offer their range of multi-technical proximity services for fixed and mobile networks.
