RSM’s M&A and private equity team has advised on the sale of BrightBridge Solutions Limited, a leading UK digital transformation solutions provider, to private equity house FPE Capital LLP.

The client

Founded in 2015, BrightBridge Solutions is a cloud ERP and CRM subscription, implementation, and support services specialist for mid-market and enterprise customers. Its solution capabilities focus on Oracle NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

Following a highly competitive process, FPE Capital was selected as the preferred acquirer. FPE Capital LLP is a specialist software and services mid-market investor. Along with its investment in NoBlue2, the acquisition of BrightBridge will position the group as the leading Oracle NetSuite partner in the region and present significant growth opportunities for the combined group.
