As advisors, RSM provided expertise and professionalism to fulfil my objective of finding a strong partner to continue Primayer’s growth whilst brokering a fantastic deal for all shareholders. RSM’s commitment and ongoing support was integral to the success of the deal where their calm and measured approach remedied all issues that arose to ensure the deal reached a timely conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to owners who are considering the sale of their private business.’
