In this edition, we’ve highlighted how governance within the NHS is once again in the spotlight and how an effective working culture is important to drive and maintain success in any organisation. Workforce planning is continuing to worry employers; with an increasing shortage of staff in the sector, the drive to recruit, retain and develop the right people is still critical.
We also touch upon effective strategic capacity modelling and planning across the wider healthcare system and look at organisations' governance risk and compliance procedures policy management.
