Howe Green’s floor, wall and ceiling access covers provide innovative, practical and economical solutions for accessing concealed services. At Howe Green the focus is on providing flexibility to meet the demands of customers in terms of product quality, design innovation, technical support and customer service. The business has established itself as the standard in the UK.The acquisition by Bilco provides an ideal platform for growth for the business allowing it a different route to market.

RSM led the transaction on behalf of the vendors from start to finish, running a controlled process to select the preferred acquirer and negotiating all aspects of the deal on their behalf.
