RSM’s M&A and private equity team has successfully completed the sale of the Centre for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) to CARE Fertility.

The client

CRM was established in 1996 by Dr Robert Forman, one of the UK’s most respected fertility clinicians, and Nathalie Forman following her experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The London-based clinic has grown to become one of the most highly regarded in the region, boasting some of the best success rates and a large referral network of fertility specialists.

The transaction allowed the founders to crystallise significant value while enabling them to benefit from the future growth of the business.

The acquisition is the first completed by CARE since its MBO in 2012 and provides the group with a major presence in the South, adding to its 12 existing clinics.
