Since its inception in 2000, Brightwave has gone from strength to strength with revenues on track to reach £7.5m for the year ended January 2016.

What RSM did

With an offer already on the table, Brightwave appointed RSM to support them through the negotiations, due diligence and legal process. RSM successfully negotiated a deal that maximised the value to the shareholders and worked to a tight timeframe to efficiently project manage the transaction through to completion.
